This Privacy Policy explains how we process the personal data of visitors to akfen.com.pl, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

    What data and why

    We process the data you provide in the contact form: name, e-mail address, optionally phone number and the content of your message. Purpose: to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote and contact you about your project.

    Legal basis

    We process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent given by submitting the form) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling the inquiry and contacting the interested party).

    Recipients

    Form messages are delivered to our e-mail inbox via the form provider Web3Forms, acting as a processor that does not store submission content (it only relays it). Data may also be processed by our hosting and e-mail provider. We do not sell or share data for marketing purposes.

    Retention period

    We keep correspondence data for as long as necessary to handle the matter, no longer than 12 months after contact ends, unless a longer period is required by law or for establishing/pursuing claims.

    Your rights

    You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

    Voluntary nature

    Providing data is voluntary but necessary to answer an inquiry sent through the form.

    Cookies and analytics

    This site does not use tracking cookies or profiling and does not use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Fonts are self-hosted — we do not connect to third-party servers for them. Therefore the site does not display a cookie consent banner.
